Accept Treasurer’s Report as proposed.
4. Administrator’s Report
$540.00 outstanding for two homeowners (as of April, 2024if not paid legal steps are to be taken) - both are two years in arrears.
Notice for 2024 Fees have been sent out and some have beenreceived $11,500.00 received to date.
5. Matters arising from previous meetings
a. Fence repairs
How to proceed - maintenance (but how long willthis last), replace with wood or replace with vinyl (continue to do maintenanceand repairs or replace the fence)
Vinyl fence - three options - grey (about$500,000), grey woodgrain (up to $650,000) and black trim with grey (up to$800,000) — all prices are estimates and subject to change to change
b. Fence at EagleRidge Point and Eagle Ridge Place - letter to Tim Cartmell and waiting for aresponse as to whether the City will assist with the cost to retrofit the fence- once information from the City is received a decision can be made as to howto proceed including addressing funding of any proposed project
c. Reserve Fundstudy has been received and will be reviewed

a. Christmaslights in place
b. Considerationabout preparing and formalizing a complete set of bylaws - retain counsel toreview process
c. CommunityWatch signs are up (only placed at major roadways) - enquire as to whether asign can be placed at Eagle Ridge Place

Adding or removing names and addresses is a manual operation, so the changes will take place at the next scheduled update of our e-mail address book and/or website.
We ensure the confidentiality and security of information shown on our web site by maintaining all such information on a separate server. Any other information we have regarding our members is kept on a computer separate from the web server.
