1. Call to Order at 7:01

2. Approval of Minutes for March 6, 2024 meeting - motion by Bill andsecond by Bob (passed)

3. Treasurer’s Report

4. Administrator’s Report

HOA fees (19 unpaid - see Treasurer’s Report) (extension cords and timers for lights on trees have been taken down)

5. Existing Matters

A. Retrofit of fence at Eagle Ridge Place and Eagle Ridge Pointe

Bob completed a sample (discussion about work done by Boband work done by proposed contractors)

Cost of retrofitting the fence:

  • Painting - about $650.00
  • Total Cost - about $6,500.00

Can possibly start after the May long weekend - likely would take three to four weeks to complete the work (depending on weather). The painting should be completed before the installation is started.

Motion - Bob to complete the retrofitting of the fence at Eagle Ridge Place and Eagle Ridge Pointe at a cost of $6,700.00 (motion by Bill, second by Nancy — passed).

B. Reserve Fund Study

Leon to follow up to determine details of Study

C. Bylaw Review (tabled until next meeting)

D. Dates for AGM

Wednesday May 29, 2024 — we have the room booked for 6:00 to 8:45. The meeting will start at 7:00 at the Riverbend Library (cost $21.00).

6. New Business

A. Roofing materials

Architectural guidelines apply to both Eagle Ridge Place and Eagle Ridge Pointe. Information is available in the website.

B. Meeting with Tim Cartmell RE: Henderson Park

  • Considering surplus school sites including Henderson Park
  • School district considering building both an elementary and junior high school - hope is the Henderson Park land can be used for the future schools
